Your StoryThe Book of Acts (Part 5) On Sunday, we were reminded about the importance of our own stories in relation to the witness our witness for Jesus Christ. The story of your discipleship is vitally important because… - Your story intersects the lives of others - Your story reflects gospel truths - Your story helps others to know Jesus Christ Since your story is significant in the ways that God works in the lives of others, it is important to know your story of discipleship. For the remainder of the week, try to consider the following questions as you continue living for Jesus: - How did I encounter Jesus and believe in him? - How do I continue to daily encounter Jesus and express my faith in him? - Who is in my life? Who am I able to share this story of following Jesus to? - How can I pray for others who God has placed in my life to share with? - How am I demonstrating my hope in the resurrection? - Is there a way that you can invite those you share with to believe in or trust Jesus? To help and review, look at how Paul shares his story with Festus, Agrippa, Bernice, and the crowd in Acts 26. Let us proceed in growing closer to Jesus, creating new chapters in our own stories of discipleship, and faithfully inviting others to trust in Jesus. Worship Services During COVID-19Frequently Asked Questions Since we have reopened, there have been some frequently asked questions about how the services work during the pandemic, as we seek to follow the Government of Alberta's guidelines for reopening places of worship. We hope that answering some of these questions will help those coming to worship with us to understand some of the decisions and approaches of our current worship service plans. Do I have to check in every week to secure my seat? Do I sit in the same spot each week? Is it mandatory that I wear a mask? Is there offering? There are also online options to accommodate your giving: online through website (www.taberefc.ca); TEFC APP; etransfer (give@taberefc.ca - no password required); Text to give at (855) 463-8983 Is there children’s ministry offered?
