Congregation MeetingWednesday, November 25, 2020 Please join us for our November Congregation Meeting where we will vote on the budget for 2021 and elect new leaders for 2021. Sometimes we are asked why we have these meetings or how we operate as a church. TEFC is an elder led, congregationally governed church. Please click HERE to explore why we operate this way and what this means for both the congregation and our leaders. Contact the church office if you have any questions. All are welcome, but only members will have the opportunity to vote. For more infomation visit: http://taberefc.ca/events/congregation-meeting--149/2020-11-25

Guarding Against Presumed BlessingsLiving Kingdom Life Last week, the parable of the vineyard labourers from Matthew 20:1-16 concludes with a proverbial saying from Jesus: "So the last will be first, and the first last." This causes us to wonder what makes this the case. What makes the first last and the last first? This first/last dynamic is part of the kingdom life we are called to live as followers of Jesus. Click below to further explore this 'first/last' tension. Click here to see the November 15 Worship Service This week, we will see the how the example of Jesus motivates our service in the kingdom. Jesus puts our pursuits for him into a clearer perspecitve on what is important in his kingdom. Please take time to read Matthew 20:17-28, considering and meditating on how Jesus' words lead us into a deeper life with him. For more infomation visit:
